Design of the program:

Through many years of working with practitioners I have designed a programme that is highly flexibile. There are three elements to the training: training weekends, practice days, and residential retreats.

Each weekend is complete in itself and can be integrated into your existing practice. Tuition incorporates visual presentations, experiential processes and practical sessions. On completion you receive a certificate of attendance.

The practice days are an excellent way to gain experience. You will both give and receive a breathing session. A group supervision session is included at the end for questions and sharing.

The residential program of the Elements training is an opportunity to deepen and integrate practices that are simple and effective and can be done on a regular basis to clean and balance your energy and physical body. Clearing yourself at this deep level enriches your aliveness and gives you more energy, physical health, self-esteem, deep peace, joy, love, and creativity. This program covers the essential principles of breath and energy practices.

The training weekends and practice days are held in Blackheath in London. All details are sent to you in your welcome pack.

Element Training weekends - £175 each. A deposit of £100 will reserve your place
