About Holistic Breath Programs

The Holistic Program includes five one hour sessions that provide a space for healing unhelpful breathing patterns. This Program allows you to understand the dynamics of your breath and how to develop breathing for wellbeing and relaxation. You will learn how you can breathe to calm yourself and let go of stress and anxiety and how create a flow of energy. The program ends with a completion session where we review your progress and create the next step, whether this be to take an advance program with the breath or to integrate holistic breath into your life.
