About Conscious Breathwork Programs

One 2 one breathwork programme provides a loving and empowering journey of healing and discovery; these programmes provide a safe space of deep listening and acceptance where you can complete any issue that is incomplete, learn to come into your presence, be dynamically centred and at the source of your wellbeing. As you continue with the work you will learn to recognise where you are pulled away from this presence and how to re-connect again, so you can experience living beyond conditioned beliefs and your perceived limitations.

Each one 2 one program begins with an initial consultation where there is an opportunity to talk about what you are looking for and to hear about how I work. This meeting is to begin to get to know each other, gives you the opportunity to get some sense of how comfortable you are to work with me, and whether our working together resonates with you.

If you decide you would like to proceed with a one 2 one programme, we will then choose the form and length of the programme. I offer short-term programmes, that can be for example, a series of five to ten sessions, and I also offer longer-term programmes for deeper transformation, which can be for a year or longer. 

In your programme, you can choose from weekly, fortnightly, or less frequent sessions. I deeply trust a client's individual rhythm, and their sense of what is right for them. Although the focus of a programme will vary depending upon what each person is wishing to heal or create, the intention is always to support you in living a fulfilled life.

Each programme session usually lasts for two hours, and will include a space for sharing, awareness work, time for an inquiry through conscious breathwork, and/or movement, and/or bodywork, and completes with a some time for reflection, and if desired, generating ideas for practice in-between sessions.

Healing and transformation happens in an atmosphere of unconditional love, acceptance, play and non-attachment. The Professional Development Programs are designed for those of you who would like to become a practitioner or to bring an extra dimension to your work. These programs will not only enhance your practice and emotional and mental clarity, they will also teach you to deeply connect to your self and to remain centered and clear during your treatments.

A Breathing Session

In the initial consultation you will be able to choose a Programme. Each programme includes a number of one to one sessions that provide a space for awareness work and a breathing journey. You are supported to go as far and as deep as you are ready to go in each moment. The Program allows you to build a deeper relationship to yourself and your life, supporting you in healing any unresolved issues, and in taking steps as a new path emerges. The program ends with a completion session where we review your journey and create the next step, whether this be to take an advance program with the breathwork or to integrate the conscious breath into your life.

Sometimes some energy or bodywork is used to help release any build up of tension, and/or verbal guidance, to hold a space of total safety, possibility and relaxation.

The breath brings in a grace that opens you to a meditative experience that is very deep and yet very conscious. It is a moment-to-moment journey and every single breath is a healing, a letting go and opening to a new possibility. It shifts many so called 'unconscious' reactions or 'involuntary' processes, and brings balance. Concious Breath Programs balance and free emotions, body tensions and increase spiritual and/or subtle energy awareness. By turning to the breath, you turn toward your spiritual self, that non-physical yet essential aspect of your being.
